At Coastal Transformations, we believe that one of the best ways you can reduce your garage or attic temperature is by installing a fan. This also helps to remove odors, moisture (which can lead to mould), and toxic fumes you may have stored in your garage. Also, a properly installed solar fan will reduce heat build-up in your attic and can minimize the load on your HVAC system.

We install the garage and attic fan by cutting out two panels at the bottom of the garage door and installing white aluminum louvered grills over the opening to draw the outside air. We will install the GF-14 unit itself in the attic as far back and as centered in the garage as we can get it to have the most even airflow as possible. The GF-14 comes with a infrared thermostat that will come on automatically and cut itself off with up to a 20 degree lack.
