Met Ken at the spring Home Show at the Convention Center. . Worked with him thru many variations of the design and colors of this one of a kind glass for our front door. Once the final proof was approved the window was ordered. Well worth the wait for it to arrive. Installation/Transformation happened in less than two hours, and went perfectly. Methodical, clean, caring step by step process, leaving no evidence of work performed other than the final result. . Most Professional, Courteous, Personable and all around great guy you will ever do business with.

My door is absolutely beautiful ,when the sun shines on it, it looks like water. When the door came in they had it replace in a couple of hours (4 pieces) I have had several compliments on it

Excellent experience start to finish. Ken (owner) is hands on, doing the measuring, ordering and installation. Had to have replacement glass specially made for my elliptical to match the leaded glass on my entry door unit. Expectations were set and met. Ken is polite, neat and efficient in his work. My wife and I absolutely love our glass insert in our front door. Ken was early on the day of our install. He prepped the door frame so that dust/debris did not get into our home. In less and 45 minutes, he had the insert and door remounded. The difference in our entrance cannot be described. I HIGHLY recommend CoastTransfromations.

Just had these guys replace a window in our shower to a custom designed stained glass window for privacy. Awesome work and added privacy, but still allows some light in the bathroom.

A flawless process from start to finish. We walked in, picked out a stunning door insert and arranged for delivery and installation the following day. The truck arrived promptly, removed the door, cut out the area for the insert, installed the insert and replaced the door in its frame in less than an hour. The door is beautiful both inside and out and lights up the whole hallway. We couldn’t be more leased with the product or service. Money well spent.

This is our second experience with Coastal Transformations. Great people to deal with. Both times they were at our house, they arrived when they said they would arrive and were very professional. What a beautiful change to the entrance to our home. We just had the front door glass replaced and love the new look. Ken, the owner, did a wonderful, clean, neat job. He thoroughly explained maintenance and warranty and gave us instructions if we wanted to paint the trim (which we don't plan to do). We are going to have him change our bathroom window next. All I can say is OMG... My husband always wanted to have a stained glass door on our home... but, he wanted a door that he would be able to design what he wanted as he was a fine artist. We met Ken @ the home show and my husband was sold. Ken came by & after talking, my husband started designing the artwork for it. Unfortunately, my husband passed away before he could see the completion & installation of the door today. When I saw the initial piece, it brought me to tears. To see the full installation of it with the side lights... it literally took my breath away. Coastal Transformations brought my husband's dream to life... I will forever be grateful.

Wonderful experience. They installed a beautiful glass window insert into my existing solid front door in less than an hour. A significant savings over the box stores, including those speciality window stores that advertise on TV all day long, making promises of “direct from the factory “ and low low prices”.

I have been enjoying the two Velux Solar energy installation tubes done back on March 15,2022. I love the light that shines through on sunny days in the kitchen and in the hallway. At night, the light kit in the solar tube helps to provide a soft hue to see where I am going. The installer is an experienced certified technician and he knows his job well. We had a solar tube lens come loose due to some construction. They actually came early morning prior to normal start of the day before their business opens to get it taken care of. Lens replaced and placed back properly as it was not installed correctly in the first place. Very good representative came to the house. Cordial and professional. That's going the extra mile. Thank you very much CT. I can rest easier and earlier that my lovely wife is satisfied and not nagging daily to get the lens taken care of......and I was very happy also :).

We ordered two decorative doors from Coastal - one a custom design and one a standard pattern. Coastal gave us a realistic estimate when they would be delivered and required no money up front. They worked with us to ensure the custom design was exactly what we were looking for. Both doors were delivered on schedule and they were perfect. The installation took no time at all even though one door frame had to be cut, and there was no cleanup as all the work was done outside of the house. We highly recommend this company as they do quality work, give realistic delivery estimates and are very friendly and easy to work with.
